These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of attps.social (the "Site") and any products, services, or offerings we provide (collectively, the "Service"). This is a binding agreement between ATTPS Labs Limited ("ATTPS", "we", "our", or "us") and you ("you" or "your").
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms, Self Protocol's Terms of Use (https://self.xyz/terms), and Bluesky's Terms of Service (https://bsky.social/about/support/tos), which are incorporated herein by reference.
ATTPS provides privacy-preserving age assurance for the AT Protocol. Users prove they are 18+ using Self Protocol's zero-knowledge proofs and receive a cryptographically signed attestation written to their Personal Data Server (PDS).
You must be 18 years or older to use this Service and must comply with all geographic restrictions and sanctions requirements in Self Protocol's Terms of Use.
This Service relies on Self Protocol for identity verification and the AT Protocol for attestation storage. Your use of these protocols is subject to their respective terms. We do not control and are not responsible for any third-party services.
You may not use this Service for fraud, identity theft, misrepresentation, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful purpose.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
This Service relies on technologies including zero-knowledge proofs and cryptographic systems. You accept all inherent risks of these technologies.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATTPS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATTPS and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration under JAMS rules, not in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The seat of arbitration shall be Dublin, Ireland.
